- 1 tsp. dill seed (or dill weed)
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 hot red pepper for each jar
- 1 hot green pepper for each jar
- 2 slices garlic for each jar
- fresh okra
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place 1/2 teaspoon dill and mustard seed in each jar along with 2 slices of garlic and hot peppers. Wash and dry okra and pack in jars.

2Do not bruise.

3Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil.

4Pour hot mixture over okra in jars and seal, allow to stand two weeks before using.
