  • 2 pt. small okra
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. dill seed
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 pods hot pepper

Directions

    Wash okra and place in 2 pint jars.

    Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
  3. 3
    Place 1 teaspoon dill seed, 2 garlic cloves and 1 hot pepper in each jar.

    Pour boiling mixture into jars to cook okra and seal.

    Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
  6. 6
    Makes 2 pints.
