- 24 crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) box lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 large can drained crushed pineapple
- 1 can chilled evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix first three ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup. Press remainder in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix together jello and water and chill until slightly set.

3Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and pineapple and add to jello mixture.

4Whip 1 can chilled evaporated milk.

5Fold cheese and jello mixture into the whipped milk.

6Pour into crust and sprinkle with remaining graham crumbs. Chill several hours.
