- 4 skinned chicken breasts
- 1 can chunk pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or orange
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. jelly or preserves
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Add to juice the cornstarch, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic (sliced) and jelly.

3Place skinned breasts layered in Pam coated baking dish.

4Broil ten minutes at 400° until brown on top. Remove when browned.

5Arrange pineapple around browned chicken. Spoon sauce over chicken and pineapple chunks.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
