- 1 c. sugar

- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 to 5 slices bread, cubed

1Cream butter and sugar together.

2Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until lemon colored.

3Add pineapple; stir in bread.

4Put in buttered dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour, until golden brown.
