  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 to 5 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until lemon colored.

    Add pineapple; stir in bread.

    Put in buttered dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour, until golden brown.
