  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can crushed or ring pineapple
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, prepared according to directions

    Line pan with foil, letting it extend up sides of pan.

    Spread melted margarine over bottom; sprinkle with brown sugar and arrange fruit on top.

    Add cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Turn out on plate, remove foil and top with whipped cream.
