- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 eggs
- unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Heat beans and pour off excess liquid.

2Mash with fork. Measure 1/2 cup mashed beans.

3Mix butter and sugar well.

4Add vanilla, beans, eggs and coconut.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

6Let stand until cool.
