- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add flour and salt; mix well. Coat the bottom of a mixing bowl with oil.

3Place mixed dough in bowl and cover to let rest for 20 minutes.

4Remove dough; knead for 3 minutes, adding flour if it is sticky.

5Roll out to desired size.

6Put into pan.

7Add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
