- 4 c. flour (all-purpose or bread)
- 1 cake (1 Tbsp.) yeast in 1 1/4 c. 85~ water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine yeast, water, salt and sugar.

2Add to flour and combine thoroughly.

3Knead 8 to 10 minutes.

4Cover and let rise 1 to 2 hours; covered with damp cloth.

5Punch dough down; divide in two equal parts.

6Grease two 15 x 9 x 1-inch pans with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle cornmeal on pan.

7Pat out dough in pan or roll out and place in pan.
