Pizza Mac Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. or 3 c. dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. sausage or hamburger, browned
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans mushrooms, drained
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella
  • 2 c. grated Longhorn
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Presties pizza topping
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cook and drain macaroni.

    While warm, add Velveeta, then add water and stir.

    When browning sausage, drain the grease and add to macaroni.

    Add salt and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with mushrooms.

    Top with grated cheeses and sprinkle with pizza topping.

    Before baking, add milk and melted butter.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
