- 1/2 pounds Salmon Steak
- 3 dashes Lemon Pepper
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 2 sprigs Fresh Dill
- 1 slice Lemon, Optional
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Season the salmon with lemon pepper and place it into a small casserole dish.

3Pour enough chicken broth into the dish to about half the height of the salmon steak.

4Place a sprig of dill on either side of the steak.

5Bake salmon for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

6Garnish with lemon, if desired.
