  • 1/2 pounds Salmon Steak
  • 3 dashes Lemon Pepper
  • 1 can Chicken Broth
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Dill
  • 1 slice Lemon, Optional

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Season the salmon with lemon pepper and place it into a small casserole dish.

    Pour enough chicken broth into the dish to about half the height of the salmon steak.

    Place a sprig of dill on either side of the steak.

    Bake salmon for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Garnish with lemon, if desired.
