  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 (9-inch) pan cornbread
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook onion and green pepper in soup until tender.

    Mix in cornbread (which has been crumbled up) and poultry seasoning. Place all this in a baking dish and place pork chop on top.

    Add salt and pepper and bake for 45 minutes at 400°, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.
