- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 (9-inch) pan cornbread
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onion and green pepper in soup until tender.

2Mix in cornbread (which has been crumbled up) and poultry seasoning. Place all this in a baking dish and place pork chop on top.

3Add salt and pepper and bake for 45 minutes at 400°, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.
