  • 3 lb. pork, cut in cubes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapeno chillies
  • 2 cans (28 oz.) peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) pinto beans in plain sauce, rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
