- 3 lb. pork, cut in cubes
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapeno chillies
- 2 cans (28 oz.) peeled tomatoes
- 2 cans (16 oz.) pinto beans in plain sauce, rinsed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seed
- salt and pepper to taste
