- 4 lb. Boston butt
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 2 c. sweet salad cubes
- 3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 pt. mayo or to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil Boston butt in water until tender (add water as needed). Chop meat very fine (food processor does great).

2Add other chopped ingredients: pecans, bell pepper, celery, onions and salad cubes.

3Stir in mayo, salt and pepper to taste.

4Add more mayo, if desired.
