- 4 chicken breasts - butterflied
- 1 cup cheese goganzola, - crumbeled
- 1 cup green onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons port wine
- 4 tablespoons chicken broth
- bread crumbs sprinkle
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix the gorgonzola cheese and onions and stuff the chicken - if there is extra - put it on top

2Place in a baking dish

3Top with liquids ( I usually put enough of the liquids in equal parts, until baking dish bottom is covered and drizzle a little over the chicken)

4Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs

5Bake at 375 for 45 min. uncovered
