Port Wine Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts - butterflied
  • 1 cup cheese goganzola, - crumbeled
  • 1 cup green onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoons port wine
  • 4 tablespoons chicken broth
  • bread crumbs sprinkle
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix the gorgonzola cheese and onions and stuff the chicken - if there is extra - put it on top

    Place in a baking dish

    Top with liquids ( I usually put enough of the liquids in equal parts, until baking dish bottom is covered and drizzle a little over the chicken)

    Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs

    Bake at 375 for 45 min. uncovered
