Ingredients

  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. dill relish
  • 1/3 c. celery
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise
  • paprika

Directions

    Cook potatoes until done. Drain.
  2. 2
    Dice eggs, chop onion and celery and add to potatoes. Add dill relish, celery salt, salt and pepper to taste.

    Add lemon juice. Put enough mayonnaise to make desired consistency. Sprinkle paprika to decorate.

    Refrigerate before serving.
