- 6 large baking potatoes
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco
- 2/3 c. bacon, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. green onion
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Clean and bake potatoes until done.

2Cool. Halve each potato lengthwise.

3Scoop out inside of each potato, leaving approximately 1/4-inch thick shell.

4Combine cooking oil, chili powder and Tabasco and brush on inside of potato halves.

5Then cut the potato halves in half again lengthwise; return to baking sheet.

6Sprinkle with bacon, tomato and green onion.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake in 450° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.

9Serve with sour cream.
