  • 4 large baking potatoes, baked
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out middle, leaving 1/4-inch shell.

    Cut each shell into quarters. Brush inside with margarine.

    Place on large cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle seasoning salt over shells. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread bacon over skins.

    Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

    Bake 5 to 8 minutes.

    Serve with sour cream.
