- 4 large baking potatoes, baked
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out middle, leaving 1/4-inch shell.

3Cut each shell into quarters. Brush inside with margarine.

4Place on large cookie sheet.

5Sprinkle seasoning salt over shells. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Spread bacon over skins.

7Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

8Bake 5 to 8 minutes.

9Serve with sour cream.
