  • 1 small Irish potato for each person
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk per person
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Wash and peel potatoes; chop or dice.

    Peel onion.

    Cook in small amount of water until tender.

    Add milk, cheese soup, salt and pepper.

    Bring to a slow boil.

    Serve.
