- 4 potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut peeled raw potatoes into bite sized pieces.

2Melt the margarine on a lipped cookie sheet.

3Combine in a bowl the cheese, flour, salt and pepper.

4Dip the pieces in the melted margarine. Coat with the cheese and flour mixture.

5Place coated pieces on cookie sheet.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
