  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut peeled raw potatoes into bite sized pieces.

    Melt the margarine on a lipped cookie sheet.

    Combine in a bowl the cheese, flour, salt and pepper.

    Dip the pieces in the melted margarine. Coat with the cheese and flour mixture.

    Place coated pieces on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
