Prawn (Shrimp) Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shelled shrimp deveined and coarsely chopped*
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 onions greem, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil for frying

Directions

    In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.

    Using 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, form balls and slightly flatten them (makes for easier cooking).

    Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan until hot. Fry the shrimp balls for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until evenly browned and cooked through. Serve hot, enjoy!
