- 8 ounces shelled shrimp deveined and coarsely chopped*
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 onions greem, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes optional
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil for frying
Directions

1In a medium sized bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.

2Using 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, form balls and slightly flatten them (makes for easier cooking).

3Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan until hot. Fry the shrimp balls for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until evenly browned and cooked through. Serve hot, enjoy!
