  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

    Crush pretzels and set aside.

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and 1 cup of the crushed pretzels.

    Pat mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 375° for 7 minutes.

    Let crust cool.
