  • 6 pounds Prime Rib Or Standing Rib Roast
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Garlic

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Place the prime rib (standing rib roast) bone side down in a roasting pan.

    Rub the whole roast with olive oil, sea salt, rosemary and garlic.

    (You can also get a rosemary/garlic seasoning (Tones); dont be afraid, it doesnt all have to be fresh.)

    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or about 15-20 minutes per pound.
