- 1 tablespoon psyllium
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- 1/2 tablespoon full cream milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup water
Directions

1mix all ingredients in a saucepan.

2bring to the boil, simmer for 1 - 2 minutes (5 minutes if using rolled oats instead of quick cooking ones).
