Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs pork (pork butt, pork loin, etc.)
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 3 c water
  • 2 tsp salt (I use garlic salt)

Directions

    Cut the pork into strips, about 1 inch thick. Put all ingredients in a large pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. DO NOT STIR.

    Increase heat to medium, and cook until all liquid is gone, leaving only a small amount of fat at the bottom.

    Drain pork, then chop, pull, or shred as desired for your recipe.
