  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. oleo, melted

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with cake mix, then chopped pecans, then pour oleo over the top. Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean. May be served topped with Cool Whip.
