  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 1/2 oz. French fried onions
  • 9 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions

    In a 9-inch pie plate, place the rolls so that the pan and sides are covered nicely and evenly.

    Combine egg, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir in cheese.

    Sprinkle half of onion over unbaked crust.

    Pour egg mixture into crust.

    Sprinkle with bacon and remaining onions.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 325° oven.

    Cool 5 minutes.
