  • 3/4 lb. sausage, beef, bacon, etc.
  • 1/3 c. green pepper
  • 1/3 c. onion (optional)
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, Swiss or combination, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 1 pie crust, uncooked

Directions

    Cook meat, onions and peppers.

    Combine cheese, flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and meat.

    Pour into shell.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
