  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 large bananas, mashed

    Combine eggs, oil, and water with mashed bananas.

    Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Put in two 9-inch round pans or one 9-inch x 13-inch that have been greased with Crisco and sprinkled with sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
