Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or dry sherry
- 4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Shell and devein shrimp.

2Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, wine vinegar (or sherry) and chicken stock.

3Set aside.

4Heat olive oil in wok or large skillet.

5Add shrimp and juice of lemon.

6Stir-fry until shrimp turns pink.

7Do not overcook.

8Stir in onions.

9Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce just thickens.

10Serve immediately!
