- 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
- 1 can (7 to 8 oz.) minced clams, drained (preserve liquor)
- 1 Tbsp. shredded green onion
- 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried green pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In large saucepan, mix potato slices, sauce mix, amounts of water and milk called for on package, clam liquor, green onion and green pepper.

2Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in clams, 2 1/2 cups milk and the butter; heat through.

5Makes 6 servings.
