  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can Mexican corn
  • 1/2 c. pork sausage

Directions

    Mix cornmeal, flour and all ingredients together.

    Cut up onion and hot pepper; add to mixture the sausage (uncooked), eggs and milk.

    Bake in oven in skillet or bread pan, well-greased and floured on bottom, at 350°.
