  • 2 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Boil raisins a few minutes; drain, dry and cool.

    Add sugar to eggs (well beaten).

    Add vanilla.

    Mix all together; stir in melted butter the size of an egg.

    Make pie dough.

    Pour mixture in

    and bake in muffin tins at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for about 20 minutes.
