  • 2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. Ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix

Directions

    Place potatoes in a gallon size storage bag and add oil; seal bag and toss to coat.

    Add seasoning and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450° for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
