- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter and press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

2Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

3Cool.

4Drain raspberries, reserving juice.

5Combine juice, water and gelatin in saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes.

6Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.

7Remove and cool for 10 minutes.

8Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until blended.

9Add raspberries, Grand Marnier, and gelatin mixture.

10Beat on low speed until blended.

11Chill in bowl until partially set.

12Gently fold whipped cream into mixture and spoon into springform pan.

13Chill for 6 to 24 hours.

14Run knife around edge of pan to loosen.

15Remove sides.

16Top with fresh raspberries and additional whipped cream if desired.
