- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- few grains garlic salt
Directions

1Place the cream cheese in a bowl and allow it to stand for about 20 minutes at room temperature to soften.

2Add the milk, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to the softened cream cheese.

3Mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on low speed. Place the cheese mixture in a small dish and serve it with raw vegetables.
