  • 5 strips bacon
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 pt. can tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. rice

Directions

    Fry strips of bacon and remove from pan.
  2. 2
    Brown onion in fat and add tomatoes and salt.
  3. 3
    When thoroughly hot, add rice and cook slowly until rice is done. Extra good if you break up bacon strips and add just before serving.
