- 1 pt. can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. rice

1Fry strips of bacon and remove from pan.

2Brown onion in fat and add tomatoes and salt.

3When thoroughly hot, add rice and cook slowly until rice is done. Extra good if you break up bacon strips and add just before serving.
