Refried Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. black beans
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • garlic
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. cumin

Directions

    Soak beans overnight, then cook until soft, drain and save liquid.

    Saute onions and garlic in oleo, add to beans and season with 1 to 2 tablespoons cumin.

    Cook until thick and use leftover liquid if necessary.
