  • 12 oz. sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 small can corned beef
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 c. 1000 Island dressing
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • buttered bread crumbs or croutons

Directions

    Spread sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Break corned beef up into small pieces over kraut.

    Spread grated cheese on as next layer.

    Mix 1000 Island and mayonnaise and spread on top of cheese.

    Top with bread crumbs or croutons.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and casserole is warm.
