  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 slices corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2-inch strips

Directions

    Separate crescent rolls. Snip sauerkraut. Add the dressing and mix.

    Layer the corned beef, cheese and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut mixture on the wide end of the crescent triangle. Roll up, beginning at wide end. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 8.
