- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 1 c. chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Soak wild rice overnight or for four or five hours; drain. Add ingredients; cover.
