- 1 pkg. wild rice
- 8 slices American cheese, grated
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook rice and add 1 teaspoon salt.

2Saute onion and pepper in 1/2 stick margarine.

3Layer 1/2 rice, 1/2 ingredients, 1/2 cheese and repeat layers.

4Pour half and half over it.

5Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
