  • 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. Mozzarella grated cheese (8 oz.)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. each: basil and garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

    Combine rice, eggs and 1 cup cheese.

    Press firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Spread evenly.

    Bake at 400° to 450° for 20 minutes.

    Combine sauce.

    Spread evenly over crust.

    Add toppings.

    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
