- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl and mix well.

2Beat in eggs one at a time.

3Add milk and mix well.

4Stir in pecans and vanilla.

5Mix well and pour in a 9-inch pie shell.

6Cook in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350° and cook an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is puffed in center and is well browned.

8Let cool before cutting.
