- 1 lb broccoli floret (raw)
- 14 cup red wine (whichever you prefer) or 14 cup balsamic vinegar (whichever you prefer)
- 14 cup light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 12 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
Directions

1Combine vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.

2Whisk in oil until smooth.

3Put broccoli in a baking dish and pour vinegarette over broccoli and toss to coat.

4Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
