  • 1 lb broccoli floret (raw)
  • 14 cup red wine (whichever you prefer) or 14 cup balsamic vinegar (whichever you prefer)
  • 14 cup light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 12 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove

    Combine vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.

    Whisk in oil until smooth.

    Put broccoli in a baking dish and pour vinegarette over broccoli and toss to coat.

    Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
