Roasted Spinach Chicken

  • 1 bag Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 ounces, weight Fresh Spinach
  • 16 ounces, weight Container Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 whole Onions, Sliced Thinly
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 pan.

    Cover with fresh spinach (you may not use the entire 12 ounces).

    Slice mushrooms and spread over spinach.

    Place thinly sliced onions over mushrooms.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over top, using anywhere from half the jar to the entire jar, depending on your preference.

    Cover with foil and bake in a 375-degree oven for 40 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes.
