Ingredients

  • 3 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans chili beans
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 2 jalapenos (diced and seeded)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 (28 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Fritos corn chips
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook meat loosely until done.

    Then drain and set aside.

    In the same pot add beans, onion, jalapenos, garlic, Rotel, and hot sauce.

    Cook over medium heat until onions are soft about 10 minutes.

    Then add in meat and let it simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Serve of Fritos and top with cheddar cheese.
