  • 3 c rotini pasta
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 (26 1/2 oz) mushroom spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) bag each: Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

    Boil rotini and add 1/2 tsp salt. Brown ground beef, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, pepper and sugar. In oblong casserole dish, layer 1/2 sauce, rotini, remaining 1/2 sauce, cover with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 min. at 350°.
