  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. dark rum

    Grease and flour cake pan (Bundt or tube).

    Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan.

    Mix all ingredients. Pour over pecans.
