  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 to 8 Sweet N Low packets
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
